Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a Principal Technical Program Manager - Partnership Program to join our Global Service Team. This position is expected to help improve efficiency as service contract renewal volume increases, and maintain a professional atmosphere while delivering a world class customer service experience. The candidate will assist in service contract renewal approval, invoice verification and review, as well as researching and resolving service issues for the company.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Includes the following essential duties and responsibilities (other duties may also be assigned):
• Lead all North America based Partner and OEM programs
• Engage with Partners and drive partnership through a structured program to ensure successful and long lasting engagements
• Responsible for Services Solutions, Special and high value RFP answering, and working with sales and cross functional teams on projects
• Work with service partners in delivering a Turn-Key Enterprise Data Center Hardware/Rack Integration solution
• Prepare, and deliver training on local Services Solutions & Onsite Installations to internal sales, customers, and business partners
• Working with cross-functional team and business partners on customer-facing capacity including reviewing and providing Data Center/Integrated Services solutions to customer RFPs (Request For Proposal)
• Establish rapport and knowledge about customers' business operations and decision-maker to be an effective IT solution provider
• Identify opportunities or gaps and provide feedback for Products, Services, and Rack Integration Solution improvement
• Travel for customer engagements
Qualifications:
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or with equivalent experiences
• English is required, other languages are welcome
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the IT industry, working with partners and sales
• Experience with IT Enterprise Infrastructure services (Linux, Windows OS, Network and Storage) Applications and Data Center Operations
• Strong interpersonal, project management, collaboration, and communication skills with the ability to work across multiple levels of an organization and external partners delivering desired results
• Ability to use project management skill to work in projects to accomplish key milestones and execute deliverables
• Demonstrate strong listening, verbal, and documentation skills
• Customer Focus and Quality of Product/Service mindset
• Ability to travel for partner and customer engagements
Salary Range
$207,000 - $224,000
The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
