Director of Project Management (Construction)

We're a fast-growing construction company looking for an experienced and driven Director of Project Management/VP of Operations to lead our project management and field operations teams. This role is all about delivering projects on time, on budget, and at the highest quality; while building a high-performing team culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and hold accountable Project Managers and Field Managers.Drive customer satisfaction through consistent quality and communication.Track project margins, timeliness, and workflow; report progress to executive leadership.Hold teams accountable for meeting due dates and project deliverables.Forecast project milestones and billings; communicate risks and solutions proactively.Manage departmental budget and personnel to meet operational goals.Identify and implement process improvements across departments.Take charge of escalations and make sure corrective actions are taken and tracked.Coach and motivate teams; drive continuous improvement and accountability.Create and monitor KPIs for team performance and project success.Flag risks early and recommend solutions before they become problems.
