POSITION SUMMARY
The Construction Carpenter Lead works within a team of tradespeople to progress the execution of Fading West Construction project. This role will work closely with the site superintendent to push forward Fading West Construction project.
Responsibilities
Ensure quality workmanship in the completion of modular homes
Assist the site superintendent in managing and delegating tasks to FWC carpenters and laborers while performing advanced carpentry work themselves
Utilize skills and experience to train other members of the FWC team
Perform carpentry tasks as assigned, including but not limited to:
Framing of garages, sheds and decks
Drywall
Finish carpentry
Cabinet & door installation and adjustment
Flooring installation
Siding and Roofing

Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of construction experience required?
Experience with Procore and Microsoft Office preferred
Experience with reading plans and basic framing layout required?
Advanced knowledge of job-site tools & equipment maintenance required?
Highly organized with the ability to multi-task
Valid drivers license is required
