Job Summary:
The Accounts Payable Coordinator is responsible for full cycle accounts payable and other related tasks as assigned. The Accounts Payable Coordinator works closely with the Controller and the Accountant to ensure the accuracy of accounting data in ERP.
Essential Job Duties:
Manages accounts payable: receives invoices, obtains approval, assigns coding, enters invoices into the ERP. Issues payments according to the payment terms.Sets up vendors, obtains W9s, COIs, payment info and contracts as necessary. Prepares 1099 as needed.Processes expense reports, verifies coding and receipts, and applies payments.Ensures compliancy of company expense policies including ensuring proper documentation is in ERP for all bills and expense reports.Receives and processes weekly credit card bills, collects receipts, codes and enters transactions, and posts payments.Files state tax and vendor information returns and forms, including sales tax, procurement, unclaimed property.Assists with calculating commissions and revenue share payments.Assists with monthly account reconciliations and accruals.Assists Controller in cash management activities by entering actual and forecast information for A/P in forecasting software.Assists in preparation of documents and data/schedules for preliminary and annual audits.Other duties as assigned by the Controller and/or CFO.

Minimum Job Requirements:
Education: High School diploma or equivalent
Related Experience: Minimum 2 years in Accounts Payable
Desirable Training and Experience:
Detailed knowledge of and experience in full cycle accounts payable.Attention to detail, excellent organizational skills and ability to consistently meet strict deadlines.Good judgement and analytical skills.Ability to work independently and take initiative.Experience using NetSuite.Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Strong ability to perform accurate data processing.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
