What you'll do:
ECM has an immediate opportunity for a Change Management Sr Consultant position . We are seeking a s easoned expert with extensive change management expertise .
The Senior Change Management Consultant will lead large scale change initiatives to drive strategic objectives . The primary focus will be an integrated approach to the people side of change , includ ing plans to drive faster adoption of new processes, systems , organizational structures, and to reinforce Northern Trust's desired organizational behaviors.
Major Duties:
Demonstrate expertise in disciplines of change management methodology including stakeholder analysis , impact assessment, sponsorship / leadership alignment, communication planning , development and delivery , training and performance support, stakeholder engagement, readiness, and adoption .
