Paralegal - Litigation and Labor & Employment (Finance)
A Day in the Life
The Paralegal - Litigation and Labor & Employment position will have two primary responsibilities:
• \tAssist attorneys, senior paralegals and litigation technology professionals with various litigation matters, primarily product liability litigation, general/commercial litigation, litigation involving government entities, and labor and employment litigation (including wage and hour, employment discrimination, and alleged breaches of employment and confidentiality agreements).
• \tAssist attorneys who provide advice and counsel to Medtronic on issues relating to labor and employment law and policies.
This position will report to directly to the Director - Litigation and will have a "dotted line" reporting relationship to the Vice President, Chief Counsel, Labor & Employment Law.
This position will work from our Operational Headquarters office in Fridley, MN per the hybrid guidelines (3 days/week in the office).

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$70,400.00 - $105,600.00
This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).
