RCSA Senior Consultant- First Line of Defense
Summary:
The Risk & Control Self-Assessment ("RCSA") Senior Consultant, operates within the First Line of Defense Shared Service team to help the business execute the RCSA program ensuring compliance with program framework and guidance.
The successful candidate serves as a subject matter expert by advising and guiding the business to properly identify risks and controls and documenting them appropriately. RCSAs require collaboration with various stakeholders while influencing parties towards strategic goals.
In order to perform this role, a high level of interaction is required with senior leaders and business areas at all levels of the organization.
