Key Responsibilities
Operates forklift to move product off production lines and/or shipping docks and around the warehouse area
Prepares orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials; packing boxes; placing orders in delivery area
Label and stockpile shipments according to size, shape, and type
Promotes clean work and supply areas by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
Record and manage all impaired or damaged merchandise items
Completes reports by entering required information
Routine quality checks on finished products
Provides quality service by following organization standards
Follow safety regulations
Other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager
Education and Experience
Typically possesses less than 2 years of relevant experience
Knowledge and Skills
Good physical stamina and manual dexterity
Ability to work with a team in a fast-paced environment
Good organizational and time-management skills
Great interpersonal and communication skills
Solution oriented problem solver
Ability to operate a scanner
Must pass forklift certification requirements
