Talent Acquistion Partner (Creative Design)
Focus on sourcing passive and active candidates in the Manufacturing industries through networking, cold calling, complex searches, and research
Play an active role in local community recruiting initatives
Build and maintain a network of potential new candidates through thoughtful engagement practices
Coordinate and schedule interviews, including phone, video and in-person interviews, ensuring all necessary logistics are in place
Maintain candidate data and records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) accurately
Facilitate communication between candidates, Human Resource Managers (HRM) and Hiring Managers (HM) throughout the hiring process, providing timely updates and feedback
Assist TAM with coordination, organization, and representation of recruitment and networking events, such as campus recruitment, job fairs, and community engagements, career expos, and others to engage with potential candidates
Assist with research of new sourcing techniques and channels
Collaborate with Onboarding Specialist to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires
Work closely with TAM, HRM's and HMs to understand future staffing needs
Support other ad hoc administrative and recruiting requests from TAM
Represent ACR's culture and values in interactions with candidates, hiring managers, and business partners
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
4+ years prior experience as a full lifecycle recruiter, preferably in warehouse or manufacturing industry
Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment software, and other relevant tools is necessary to manage candidate data, job postings, and reporting efficiently
Comfortability with occasional travel other ACR locations
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Familiarity with recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and the overall recruitment process is important to support recruiters effectively
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders
The ability to adapt to changing priorities, HR/ recruitment needs, and a fast-paced environment
Being proactive and resourceful in resolving recruitment-related challenges and finding solutions
High level of professionalism and confidentiality
