Law Firm Receptionist/Administrative Assistant (Legal)

Job Description:
Essential Job Responsibilities
Work closely with the client's staff to assist with front office
Greet and welcome guests immediately upon entry
Answer screen and forward incoming phone calls
Maintain a neat and organized reception area
Order and stock supplies as needed
Place catering orders as requested
Perform other administrative duties as requested
Qualifications & Requirements
High School Diploma or GED, college experience preferred
Minimum of 1 year work experience preferably as a Receptionist. Candidates with prior law firm experience who may have assisted with administrative tasks preferred
Previous experience in a client service field preferred, with ideal candidates having an understanding or experience of a law firm setting
Ability to multitask with attention to detail
Ability to handle complaints with professionalism, patience, and diplomacy
Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook
Ability to lift and carry a minimum of 20 pounds
Ability to work a variety of shifts based on changing office needs. Example: arrive early to set up for a breakfast meeting or stay late to assist with a deposition.

The Compensation range for this role is 22.00 to 27.00 USD per hour and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
