iTech AG is looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer to support our internal ServiceNow implementation. The ServiceNow developer will provide software configuration across various technical areas, analyze business requirements, develop technical requirements, develop and design application modules, workflows, and catalog requests, and effectively lead, mentor, and champion junior team members.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Configure the ServiceNow application.
Carry out unit testing and defect resolution.
Assist in solution creation and sprint planning.
Assist in the migration of the changes to production.
Document technical designs.
Research and train for new ServiceNow functionality as needed.
Other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
2+ years of experience working on the ServiceNow platform.
2+ years of experience working withing the ITSM module
Experience providing code reviews and feedback to team members.
Experience providing support on the ServiceNow platform in a helpdesk environment.
Strong written and Oral communications skills.

ServiceNow CSA
CIS-SPM and HRSD
EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in a related field
ServiceNow CAD certification
SECURITY CLEARANCE
Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust
