MAINTENANCE PROJECTS TECHNICIAN II
GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Under the general direction of a Projects Supervisor, the Maintenance Projects Technician II performs skilled maintenance work across various disciplines with a strong emphasis on electrical tasks related to building construction, maintenance, and repairs across various trades, including plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry. The Projects Technician II oversees the erection of small structures, performing complex alterations, creating electrical drawings for project planning, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and maintaining an adequate stock of building materials for ongoing projects.
This position requires flexibility to work rotating shifts, including days, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays, to meet the demands of our 24/7 operations.
Requires availability for emergency call-in.

COMPENSATION: $22.82 and up based on experience
FLSA STATUS: NON-EXEMPT

REQUIRED FOR ALL HCAA JOBS
QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, LICENSES & CERTIFICATIONS)
· High School Diploma or equivalent.
· Three (3) years of experience as an electrician, or related work.
· Or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
· Must possess a valid Florida Driver License.

· Pushing, pulling, dragging, reaching overhead & climbing up to 6 hours per day.

· Occasional exposure to insects and excessive noise.
· Navigate very frequently heights & confined areas.
· Continuous use of car/light truck.
