Position Details:
- Part-Time or On-Call position
- NOC Shift availability required

- Provide nursing care and support to elderly residents in a skilled nursing facility
- Assess, plan, and implement nursing care plans
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor residents' health status and adjust care plans as needed
- Ensure accurate documentation of nursing interventions and resident progress
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state
- Skilled nursing experience required
- Strong critical thinking and clinical skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
