Community Case Manager
“Alone you can do so little; Together we can do so much”
Compass is looking for that special someone who is compassionate and wants to make a difference in the life of a child and their family. A Case Manager with Compass provides goal directed services to children with mental health needs. This service may be with the child in the school, the home, and/or the community. Our goal is to help children in the environment in which they need it the most.
Our employees must have excellent collaboration and communication skills. We seek employees who are detail oriented and have good time management skills. Mostly, we want people who have a heart for children and their families – all other job duties are trainable. If this sounds like you, we'd love to set up a time to interview.
