This role will focus on leveraging marketing tools, outreach strategies, and data platforms to uncover and qualify opportunities for janitorial services and robotics solutions. Role Overview As the Lead Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the lead qualification process, ensuring prospects meet specific criteria before they are handed over to the sales team. Youll use data tools, advertising platforms, and outreach campaigns to identify and nurture high-quality leads. Responsibilities - Identify and nurture leads using tools like ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, and RFP platforms. - Engage with prospects through targeted email campaigns, phone calls, and digital advertising to move them to sales-ready status. - Validate decision-maker involvement, budget confirmation, and readiness for a site visit or proposal. - Launch and manage PPC campaigns on Google Ads and LinkedIn to drive high-quality leads. - Design and execute email marketing campaigns using ZoomInfo Engage and HubSpot. - Monitor RFP platforms for relevant government and large business opportunities. - Track and report key metrics, including lead volume, conversion rates, and campaign ROI. - Collaborate with the sales team to refine targeting and ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads. - Provide insights to the President/CEO on lead generation performance. Compensation - Base Salary: $60,000$75,000/year. - Performance Bonus: $10,000$15,000/year based on SQL volume and pipeline contribution. - Total Compensation: $70,000$90,000/year. - Comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits.
