Strategy & Business Development Intern (Finance)
For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $22.00 - $27.00 per hour for undergrad and $28.50 - $34.00 per hour for masters. In addition, this position is eligible for overtime pay and recognition programs.

We are looking for a passionate Strategy and Business Development Intern in Columbia, Maryland for the Summer of 2025 to work closely with our Strategy and Business Development team to analyze market trends, assist in strategic planning, and support various business development projects. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in strategy formulation and execution within a dynamic corporate environment.
What do you get to do in this position?
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for senior management.
- Support the evaluation of potential partnerships and acquisition targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and data.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions for new business ideas and strategies.
- Help track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to business development.
- Assist in administrative tasks as needed to support the team
What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn
