Dispatcher Supervisor/ Sussex, New Jersey (Administrative)
Assist with the daily routes and staffing to confirm completion is possible by monitoring and verifying employees have reported on time and vehicle size is required.
Monitor and verify that loading is progressing on schedule
Update Elite routing for Swedesboro routes for the day
Assist with loading of returns on the trailer if additional help is required.
Monitor the drivers to ensure adherence to the delivery routes set by Elite Extra
Review and reply to any driving inquiries from the driving divisions or sales managers
Assist with 2nd run unloading and dispatching of drivers.
Work with the Sales Managers in reviewing Routes for efficiency. If customers are being changed to different routes the Sales Managers must review the change suggestions prior to them being implemented.
Update truck maintenance and inspection reports daily
Schedule service and maintenance of the assigned fleet and assist with shuttling vehicles when required.
