You will get to coordinate the testing of biological specimens and review testing results and quality assessment data.
What to Expect
Schedule: Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 5:30 pm / Weekends and Holidays may be required as needed.

- Hire, supervise, train and assess the performance of laboratory staff and personnel.
- Guarantee the thorough completion of reagent preparation, pre-qualification, and quality assurance.
- Carry out essential competency observations and ensure meticulous and accurate documentation.
- Perform preventive maintenance, quality assurance, calibrations, and equipment. Identify malfunctions in high complexity equipment and troubleshoot, as necessary.
- Ensure an adequate level of supplies and reagents are maintained.
- Actively participate in discussions related to process improvement and budgeting.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Biology/Chemistry and certification from an accredited agency as a MT/MLS
- Must satisfy CLIA requirements for High Complexity Testing required
- Three years of clinical laboratory testing experience required
- Two years of supervisor experience preferred
- Two years of reference lab experience preferred
