Job Description
PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Responsible for providing administrative support to the SVP of Operations and Supply Chain. Acting as the administrative point of contact to internal and external clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or GED required. Six (6) years of executive-level experience required. Must have strong computer skills in Microsoft Office. Excellent customer service skills required. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills. Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and communicate effectively with internal and external customers. Must have good interpersonal skills. Must be able to work without direct supervision. Must be able to work hours necessary to complete assigned tasks. A valid driver's license. Meets PBV driving qualifications and be able to travel 3% of the time.

Mental Functions
Repetitive job requiring frequent, but nor more than normal mental or visual effort or alertness.
Physical Functions
Constantly (67% - 100%) required to sit. Occasionally required (0% - 33%) stand, walk and lift up to 10 pounds.
EQUIPMENT USED
Telephone, calculator, MS Office, computer, and general office equipment.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITES
None required.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Must be able to speak, read and comprehend English.
