Director of Maintenance (Project Management)

Point Place Healthcare & Rehabilitation, owned and operated by Certus Healthcare, is seeking an experienced Director of Maintenance to join our amazing long term care team!
The hours for this position are 8:30am to 5pm Monday Through Friday, you will be subjected to on call maintenance calls in urgent needs for the facility.

We are seeking someone with prior maintenance experience in an assisted living, nursing home or apartment complex maintenance management with a knowledge of how to maintain or repair common Maintenace items including but not limited to HVAC, electrical, general grounds maintenance, wall repair, etc.
