Home Health Aides (Healthcare)

Traditions Home Health Services is currently seeking an HHA who is compassionate, skilled, reliable, experienced, likes to laugh and have some fun for the Whitman area to assist with our geriatric female client.

Shifts Available:
Monday - Friday 9am - 1:30pm
Job Description:
- Assist with the Activities of Living, personal care
- Assist with Household support: light housekeeping, laundry, dishes
- Encourage walking, exercising
- Providing stimulating conversation
- Activities
- Encourage fluid intake, possible meal prep in accordance with orders/CarePlan
- Competently documenting shift activities frequently during the shift digitally using a smartphone
- Home Health Aide would report any concerns to the Traditions Home Health Services Office Support Team in a timely manner
