Wax Technician (Manufacturing)
Key Responsibilities:
Process fill lines for specific order requirements for count, size, & color while maintaining efficiency
Inspect & manicure injected patterns to ensure the highest quality part for the casting process
Inspect parts for quality issues or imperfections
Perform manual paper processing operations necessary to fulfill daily work operations
Use a series of rubber molds to produce duplicate wax patterns of a specific series number using a wax injecting machine
Complete computer-based training periodically.
Monitor emails to attain and communicate important information.
Basic Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Reliable team player with strong communication skills
Ability to maintain excellent numerical accuracy in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to learn new skills
Demonstrated proficiency in tasks requiring manual dexterity and close-range detail observation
Proficient eyesight capable of detecting minor flaws
Flexibility with hours
Able to sit for your work shift and perform repetitious production tasks
