Employee Development Specialist (Finance)
Surveys, Assessments, and Evaluations:
Develop and administer assessments, surveys, and evaluations to gather feedback, measure effectiveness, and identify areas for improvement, while analyzing results to provide actionable insights and execute improvements for continuous development across initiatives.
General:
Travel up to 25% required.Other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED SKILLS, EDUCATION & KNOWLEDGE:
Education and Experience:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Training & Development, Instructional Design, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Education, or a related field.4+ years experience in instructional design, facilitation, or employee development with demonstrated experience in leading training initiatives and program design.
Skills:
Expertise in multimedia authoring tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Camtasia, Articulate Storyline) and e-learning technologies.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook; experience with Teams and SharePoint preferred.Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design models, with expertise in facilitation techniques for varied learning formats.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and concisely.Demonstrated leadership in project management, including the ability to manage multiple priorities, drive initiatives, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and survey creation tools (e.g., Qualtrics) preferred.Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; Spanish is optional but preferred.
