POSITION OVERVIEW
This position reports to the Senior Manager of Airfield Operations & Compliance and is responsible for overseeing and managing various airport programs and projects to ensure efficient and effective operations. This role involves strategic planning, coordination, and execution of airport initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and enhancing safety within the operation. The Airport Manager of Airfield Compliance will work
closely with airport staff, contractors, and stakeholders to achieve organizational goals. This role primarily supports the Airport's Training Program, Airfield Construction Coordination, Wildlife Program, and Safety Management Systems that fall under Part 139 Compliance. Strong team building, leadership, and project management qualities are a requirement of this role. In addition, this role is also responsible for planning, training, budgeting supplies, coordinating schedules, and managing personnel, material, and physical resources to achieve operational and organizational objectives.
COMPENSATION: $85,000 annually
