Driver Class A2 (Transportation)



Job Highlights

  • Location - Highland, MI
  • Class A Delivery Driver
  • Rate - The position is paid hourly $25 to $29/Hour DOE
  • Schedule - Monday - Friday 
  • Start Time - Between 6:00 - 7:00 AM
  • Delivery Area - Michigan, Ohio, Chicago, and one run to Kentucky
  • Equipment - Late model Flatbed
  • Freight is loaded on Racks and in Crates
  • Hours - 8 to 10 per Day
  • Health Benefits - Eligible 1st of the Month following your start date

  • Handle and load/unload glass, secure the load, make multiple deliveries, and provide excellent customer service
  • Operate Moffet to offload deliveries
  • Ensure trucks are operating efficiently by performing thorough daily pre and post-trip inspections
  • Maintain truck and driving records by reporting information, completing driver logs, and truck performance forms
  • Comply with organization operational policies, procedures, and standards, as well as state and local driving rules and regulations
  • Regular and predictable attendance, the ability to safely perform tasks, and adherence to all safety policies and procedures are essential functions of your job
