The Opportunity
Our firm's Media & Entertainment (M&E) practice is experiencing significant growth in the US and looking to grow its team. We are seeking individuals at the Director and Senior Director levels to join our team to drive business development activities as well as deliver large, complex and transformational client engagements with a particular focus on advertising, marketing analytics and AI. We offer excellent opportunities for career advancement and building leadership skills. We are focused on providing development opportunities, training and exposure to a cross section of industries. Our small project teams give you frequent exposure to client executives and rapid growth in your areas of interest.
Job Title: Director / Senior Director, Business Development and Delivery - Media & Entertainment Practice
This role will focus on expanding our footprint in M&E, specifically in the agencies, ad tech, mar tech, data, analytics/AI and advertising sectors by building relationships, identifying new opportunities, and delivering solutions that align with our clients' evolving needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and consulting within the M&E industry, coupled with an extensive network of industry relationships.

The salary range for Director is $150,000-$225,000 annually and Senior Director is $175,000-$250,000 annually, dependent on several variables including but not limited to education, experience, skills, and geography. In addition, A&M offers a discretionary bonus program which is based on a number of factors, including individual and firm performance. Please ask your recruiter for details.

The amount of vacation and personal days available varies based on tenure and role type.
