Property Manager (Project Management)



We are looking for an experienced Property Manager for our Apartment Community, in Ilion, NY. The work will require knowledge of affordable housing programs such as HUD. You will be surrounded by our dedicated Resident Services and Maintenance Team to help deliver a well-rounded service to our residents. You will have the support of our Senior Management and an ongoing commitment to training and professional development.  

Pay: $25 per hour + Quarterly Incentives 

Location: Colonial Manor Apartments | Ilion, NY 13357

  • Previous experience in Property Management
