TBEI is looking for a Manufacturing Manager at our Lake Crystal, MN location.
Job Summary:
The Manufacturing Manager oversees daily production operations to ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality manufacturing processes. This role focuses on achieving production targets, maintaining quality standards, optimizing resource utilization, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The Manufacturing Manager will lead and develop a team, ensuring alignment with company goals and regulatory compliance. The Manufacturing Manager is responsible for driving continuous improvement in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Costs, Morale, and Environment.
