This is an outstanding chance for a motivated and ambitious individual to join Lonza as a Downstream Suite Point of Contact. Located in New Hampshire, USA, this role is crafted for those with strong technical knowledge, quality background and a proven track record in project management. You will collaborate cross-functionally to develop and implement world-class processes and procedures.
Job Responsibilities
Lead the successful implementation of site and department goals, including interdepartmental readiness and tech transfers.
Develop and implement asset goals in coordination with the Manufacturing Leadership team, ensuring they are ambitious and world-class.
Collaborate with internal departments, customers, and Manufacturing suites to update internal policies and procedures.
Identify and mitigate risks, communicate changes effectively, and plan for flawless execution.
Balance multiple medium to large scale projects simultaneously, from planning through to closure, with minimal supervision.
Support batch release and quality deliverables, including deviations, CAPA, change controls, OTNs, and LIRs.
Serve as an SME (Subject Matter Expert) for your area and general business processes.
Mentor, manage, and lead all aspects of other manufacturing Project Associates, Specialists, biotechnologists, and temporary labor.
Job Requirements
Tenured project management or manufacturing experience, particularly in a life sciences or manufacturing setting.
Strong technical knowledge and quality orientation.
Outstanding collaboration and communication skills.
Ability to balance multiple projects and rigorously adhere to deadlines.
Experience with process improvement, procurement, quality systems, and facility design changes.
Demonstrated ability to compete in a fast-paced environment and efficiently implement complex projects.
This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days on site here in Portsmouth NH. The schedule is Monday - Friday from 8:00 - 5:00.
