The shift for this position starts at 7:00 am, with a recap between night and day shifts. They work 12 hour shifts 7:00 am – 7:00 pm following a 2 on, 2 off then 3 on and 2 off, 2 on and 3 off schedule. This pattern repeats for 2 months, after which the shifts change to 7:00 pm to 7:00 am.
GENERAL SUMMARY
Under the general direction of the Airport Duty Manager or higher authority, oversees landside and airside Airport Operations. Directs and participates in the inspection of airfield facilities including, airport grounds, parking facilities, runways, taxiways, aircraft aprons, gate assignments, and service roadways to assure safety, security, and efficiency of operations.
