Main Objective:
The Program Manager - Agency Social Media will oversee the Arthrex Agency Social Media Program for agency partners across the U.S. and Canada. This includes initiating account creation and onboarding of Arthrex-branded accounts, agency training and ongoing communications to ensure all social media efforts support business objectives and align with established policies and brand standards. This role is highly collaborative and requires the ability to operate on both a strategic and tactical level, while demonstrating both creativity and analytical thinking.
