IT Strategy Principal (Finance)
This is a senior internal consulting role focused on Merger and Acquisition transaction leadership for Cigna technology. The role leads due diligence, business engagement, external engagement, and integration planning. The person in this role has significant enterprise influence because they make go/no go decisions on mergers and leads a portion of the value realization for a given transaction.
Requires "big 6" executive/partner level consulting skills, similar to a practice lead at a Deloitte/Accenture/PWC type of firm. Expertise required includes 15 years of demonstrated experience in broad information technology leadership, strong consulting talent, and demonstrated expertise and knowledge of Mergers, Acquisitions and Divestitures including pre-deal operations and information technology due diligence, integration planning, separation planning, synergy and cost savings analysis, and/or post-close transformation.
The role will focus initially supporting Medicare Divesture transaction, and then will flex to meet needs in any business segment. The incumbent will need to occasionally travel (25%) to key sites to facilitate transaction efforts.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 135,200 - 225,400 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus and long term incentive plan.
