Inside Sales Representative (Finance)

Job Summary:
Reporting to the US and Canada Sales Manager, the Inside Sales Representative is part of a team responsible for direct sales of parts and services to an install base across several industries. As the Inside Seller you will proactively engage with clients by quoting, upselling and managing the parts and service opportunities. Your work will consist of outbound customer calls, tracking, and working closely with all U.S. and Canada Regional Service Sales Managers to ensure efficient and effective trip planning and lead identification, as well as assisting with client requests for Managers while they are traveling. Additionally, the Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for managing ongoing relationships with contract service clients.
This role will require occasional travel within the US and Canada, and must be based in our headquarters in Columbus, Ohio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Quote, manage, forecast, and upsell all reactive parts requests from customers in the domestic US and Canada
- Identify service leads for Regional Service Sales Managers and provide the leads in the form of a report with detailed information that they may use for trip planning to generate new business opportunities to grow departmental revenue through prospecting.
- Proactively communicate with contract clients to obtain annual purchase orders for service contracts and help coordinate annual scheduled service.
- Prepare, process, and review various sales documents to ensure timely scheduling of aftermarket services that are due for clients with service contracts.
- Follow up with clients to ensure expected satisfaction level is being met following scheduled departmental service.
- Create quotes and respond to customer inquiries, when requested by Regional Service Sales Managers that are traveling, to ensure timely response to clients.
- Help ensure departmental database accuracy by cleaning up contacts and equipment status through online CRM.
- Provide administrative assistance to management team members as required.
Minimum Qualifications:

- Be willing to work overtime and occasional weekends.
- Be proficient in MS Word and Excel with fast and accurate data entry skills.
- Be well organized, work well within a team and with internal and external clients.
- Be comfortable with handling time-critical tasks.
- Comprehensive understanding of electronic components such as fuses, SCR's, diodes is a plus. Experience in Oracle based applications a plus.
- Experience with SalesForce platform a plus
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field of study.
- Expertise and experience with MS Word and MS Excel experience required.
- 3 years of experience in Inside Sales roles or outside sales in the Aftermarket and Service area.
- Expertise and experience with MS Word and MS Excel experience required.
- Experience in project management a plus.
- Focus on customer satisfaction.
- Work with minimal supervision and manage time and tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work in fast paced environment.

Employee Type: Salaried
Salary Minimum: $80,000
Salary Maximum: $90,000
