PRIMARY FUNCTION:
This position is responsible for billing all rental sales, tracking rental/used equipment locations and availability, handling customer rental needs, answering rental invoice questions and providing administrative support for the Rental Store.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Education :
High school graduate or GED equivalent
Work Experience :
Two years of experience with rental/sales billing, inventory processing and customer service;
Physical :
Ability to sit at a desk in front of a computer for extended periods of time
Other :
PC literate in Microsoft Office;

initStaticMap(true); PRIMARY FUNCTION:\nThis position is responsible for billing all rental sales, tracking rental/used equipment locations and availability, handling customer rental needs, answering rental invoice questions and providing administrative support for the Rental Store. \n \nESSENTIAL DUTIES:\n\nProcesses all construction division rental billings for Caterpillar and allied products.\nWorks with Credit Department on past due invoices and any invoices in question.\nVerifies and maintains rental contract files via DocuSign and/or WebExtender.\nProcesses all A/P invoices and POs for Allied sales, some CAT machines, trailers sales and titles.\nOccasionally assists with branch coverage when branch rental specialists are not available.\nProcesses and logs all certificates of insurance for rental equipment.\nProcess cash customer payments with credit cards or CAT card as needed.\nPerforms assorted clerical duties such as mail distribution, copying, faxing, answering telephones, filing, and typing miscellaneous labels and envelopes.\nAssists in the training of new employees.\nProcesses miscellaneous reports (scoreboard, invoice exceptions, phone, etc).\nBackup timekeeper\nMain POC for CAT Rental portal including setting up new accounts, managing incoming leads and customer requests.\nInvoices Non-CAT new sales items, such as pumps, tamps and aerial equipment.\nCompiles rental commission report for Rental Sales Manager approval.\n\n \nMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:\n \nEducation: \nHigh school graduate or GED equivalent\n \nWork Experience: \nTwo years of experience with rental/sales billing, inventory processing and customer service;\n \nPhysical: \nAbility to sit at a desk in front of a computer for extended periods of time\n \nOther: \nPC literate in Microsoft Office; \n \nThis job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
