Program Manager (Project Management)

The Manager oversees operations and directly supervises multiple staff positions that make up the center of approximately 80 employees. The CARE Center primarily supports Child Support Services of Oklahoma by conducting complex case research and education for public clients through excellent customer service interactions. The CARE manager will be expected to promote and maintain a highly professional and diverse environment, have excellent communication skills with customers and various levels of the organization, lead strategic planning and project management, oversee resource allocation, and successfully be able to navigate and lead complex personnel situations. May manage and/or oversee other departments and projects as needed.

Required Education: Bachelor's degree, AND:
Equivalency Substitution: Will accept 48 months of related experience in lieu of the Bachelor's degree for a total of 96 months of related experience.
