The Neurodiagnostic Scheduler is an important liaison between the patient/family, provider, nursing, admissions, and other departmental/unit teams. The Neurodiagnostic Scheduler is responsible for clinical data collection and review for patient intake, coordinating with Neurodiagnostics, Neurology, Neurosurgery, and other clinical departments to ensure appointments, procedures, and surgery are scheduled appropriately.
Participates in departmental and system-wide quality assessment and continuous improvement activities.
Manages questions related to appointment/procedure or knows where to direct patient families with questions.
Performs all other duties as assign.
Must have the ability to work well under high-paced clinical environments and collaborate with others.
High School Diploma Required
Graduate of Medical Assistant or Patient Care Tech Programs Preferred.
