Service BDC Representative (Finance)
Responsibilities
Serve as liaison and communicate effectively between the Service department and customers.Contact customers regarding repairs, estimated pick-up times.Take incoming service calls.Schedule service appointments.Inform customers of rental car policies and guidelines.Check e-mails and promptly respond to inquiries.Establishes personal income goals that are consistent with dealership standards of productivity and devises a strategy to meet the goals of bringing customers into service department.Attend training as requested by manager.Follows script and instructions from a supervisor.
