Additional Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the day-to-day TSI program communication, processing, and reporting within Undergraduate Student Success.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with email communication with undergraduate students at the higher education level.
The ideal candidate for this position should possess the following:
Familiarity with a University setting.
• Ability to take initiative, multi-task, problem solve, exercise excellent judgment, demonstrate critical thinking skills, and adapt to shifting priorities in a diverse setting.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with experience working effectively with other staff.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
• Ability to organize and monitor multiple initiatives concurrently.
• Ability to clearly interpret and implement policies and procedures.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Campus Solutions, and EAB Navigate.
