We are a nonprofit senior living community in Valparaiso. Being nonprofit means, we put people before profit and provide quality care. We are seeking a Cook to join our Dinning team.

Cooks are responsible for:

Providing a delicious culinary experience for residents
Maintain a professional demeanor and helpful attitude with residents, guests and employees
Ensures cleanliness of work areas and equipment
Complies with state, federal standards and all healthcare standards

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent
Previous Cook experience
SERV Safe Certification or the ability to obtain
Excellent work ethic
Must be available: Tuesday - Saturday 10:00 am to 6:30 pm
