Director, Employee Engagement and Experience (Finance)
Position Summary:
The Director, Employee Engagement and Experience is responsible for creating and implementing strategies to foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging workplace culture that enhances employee satisfaction, productivity, and retention. This leader will champion initiatives that support employee well-being, recognition, communication, and alignment with the organization's mission, values, and business goals. This will include the direction and oversight of a company-wide engagement survey, measuring the levels of engagement throughout the organization. The individual will lead the organization through the performance review philosophy and supporting system integration and team harmonization between Moran's Maritime (Tugs and Transportation Barges) and Moran's Specialty Services Business Units (Environmental/Industrial, Dive/Construction). The Director, Employee Engagement and Experience provides consultation services and support to employees, managers, and various departments on all engagement objectives, ultimately leading the organization through the transformation of several separate silos into one organization, having an organizational impact on culture, and alignment around what makes Moran a truly great company to work for.

Moran Towing Corporation offers generous benefits, opportunities for professional growth, and competitive salaries based on geographic location. Our target pay range for the Director, Employee Engagement and Experience position is $125,000 -$150,000 per year. This pay range represents Moran's commitment to pay transparency and is a reasonable estimate of possible compensation for this role at the time of posting. The final salary for this role will be determined based on careful consideration of a variety of factors, such as the candidate's exact location, experience, and expertise related to the qualifications.
