Talent Acquisition Partner (Finance)
Primary Function
Talent Acquisition helps to deliver Nemours' Next Frontier business strategy goal through recruiting best in class (internal and external) talent to meet the needs of our patients and families. Our goal is to provide world class care by being more proactive with our recruitment approach and developing long term pipelines of talent. We are passionate about identifying top talent that share in our commitment to treat every child as if they were our own.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing Talent Acquisition strategies in partnership with Business Leaders, Hiring Managers and Human Resources' Partners. Our goal is to source and identify diverse top talent to fill vacant opportunities with the appropriate capability and skills in a timely and cost-efficient manner. Your role will involve proactively anticipating talent needs, developing and executing sourcing plans, screening, interviewing, pre-selecting, and offer management through the Oracle/Harmony Recruiting system. Develops and maintains positive client, customer and community relations. Responsible for accurate full cycle recruitment processes, identify opportunities to improve services, making recommendations and implementing actions as appropriate and consistent with the goals of Nemours.
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will serve as a trusted partner and support for all recruitment related functions for Nemours hiring managers.
