Principal Consultant, Organization Development (Finance)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Requirements
Knowledge/ Education
Bachelor's degree required.
Master's degree preferred.
Licenses/ Certifications
Presenter/Facilitator/Coaching professional third-party certification (e.g., ATD CPLP, Achieve Global, Langevin, DDI, Hogan, Korn Ferry, ICF, etc.) required.
Experience
Ten years pf professional corporate training experience with a heavy emphasis on leadership/supervisory training in a multi-site environment required.
Extensive experience in instructional design methodology required.
Experience with executive, leadership and group coaching required.
Experience with HR/OD dashboard reporting and analytics preferred.
