Lead Budtender at CBC Black (Agriculture)
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide day to day assistance with Retail Operations in various functions of a Budtender Lead which may include performing cash drops for Budtenders, preparing change for Budtenders, cashiering, covering breaks for various employees and assisting with stocking/inventory as needed.
Execute a customer first environment by providing first class service through honesty, integrity, and gratitude.
Key holder responsibilities in charge of opening and/or closing store daily.
Oversee and provide general support and knowledge of products to Budtender team.
Schedule and communicate shift breaks and lunches amongst Budtender team.
Assist management with daily online menu updates and to consistently check for inaccuracies and system errors.
Provides main line of communication between Budtender team and Management.
Drive repeat business through local networking and the loyalty program.
Understanding of all PTCE Policies and Procedures, and Standard Operating Procedures.
Knowledge of GreenBits and Inventory Processes (Adjustments, hiding products, attaching products, Counts, intake, samples, etc..)
Assists with Daily Cash Sales by performing cash counts, documents daily drops and tips.
Must be able to handle all confidential information in a professional manner and always maintain confidentiality.
Ensure the staff and operation complies with applicable regulations and codes.
Ensure daily operational tasks are completed timely and effectively.
Ensure the cleanliness, presentation, and organization of the facility.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for supervising store staff in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Store Managers.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Must be 21 years of age
Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Passion for and knowledge about Cannabis
Minimum 2 years customer service and Cannabis retail experience.
Intermediate computer skills
Intermediate skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Suite
Store Management Experience
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or G.E.D.
Customer service and Cannabis retail experience
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business documents, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from customers and other staff.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute ratio and percent and interpret graphs.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to define problems collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret technical instructions in various forms and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
This position is classified as a sensitive Tribal position. Therefore, applicant must submit to and clear a pre-employment criminal background check.

Ability to sit and stand for extended periods of time. Reach with hands and arms and may be required to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
WORKING CONDITIONS
This is a combined setting of office and retail setting, noise level ranges from quiet to moderate.
