Tenter Frame Machine Operator (Manufacturing)

Job Summary:
Tends tenter frame machine that stretches cloth in width, removes wrinkles and dries cloth after processes for dyeing or finishing.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Must be able to load folded cloth to feed-end of machine.Must keep an eye on computer panel and makes sure entire process is operating accurately.Ability to turn wheel to adjust clips or pins to stretch cloth to specified width and move lever to control speed of cloth through drying cabinet, to swing-folding attachment.Must be able to accurately measure width of cloth emerging from machine. Must be able to keep accurate records of yardage clock readings.Ability to program and troubleshoot malfunctions.Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance.
