New Product Development Engineer 2 (Finance)
Responsibilities:
• Perform heat transfer, fluid flow, and mechanical calculations to support the design of CSI's products.
• Perform research and development activities in support of new products and process improvements.
• Perform design reviews for engineered products to assure that design intent and design optimization is achieved.
• Develop new manufacturing capabilities to support the needs of new products.
• Develop/expand CSI CAD/CAM platform as needed to support new products.
• Produce engineering reports, data sheets, memos, and specifications related to any and all of the above
Requirements:
• BS degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or similar
• Ability to perform engineering calculations in Matlab, MathCAD, Excel or other software.
• Familiarity with CAD/CAM and various manufacturing methods.
• 2-6 years experience preferred
Compensation
Employee Type: Salaried
Salary Minimum: $70,000
Salary Maximum: $125,000
