Personal Care Assistant (Healthcare)

Our Personal Care Assistants work on site at a Federal Government facility in Virginia providing daily care and assistance to the employees of the a large Intelligence Agency. We are seeking professionals who are reliable, experienced care givers seeking a rewarding opportunity to make an impact on the lives of others.
(This role is a part of our medical provider team hired under: Jamshid Tamiry, M.D., P.C., dba QTC Medical Group of Alaska, a Leidos QTC Health Services affiliated medical professional corporation)
*Applicants must possess or be able to obtain Top Secret/SCI clearance with polygraph prior to start
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist care clientele with performing activities of daily living, such as providing for basic care and hygiene needs, feeding, transporting in a wheel chair, escorting to vehicle, and other activities as required.
- Provides services to individuals in order to complete daily tasks in their work environment in a safe and professional manner
- Assist care clientele with office duties to include, but are not limited to printing, faxing, and other related office functions.
- Provides support, encouragement and companionship by engaging individuals in activities
- Documents services delivered in accordance with policy and procedure
- May be expected to perform some administrative duties as needed
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Education and/or Experience: (includes certificate & licenses)
- High school diploma or HS equivalent
- 2 years of Personal Care Assistant experience
- Active Personal Care Assistance (PCA) certification
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work flexible schedule within Mon-Fri work week
Hours and Location:
- Must be able to work an 8 hour shift within the hours of 6:30am - 4:30pm
- Position in located in Mclean, VA or Chantilly, VA
Pay Ranges:
2+ Years PCA Experience: $23.00 - $25.00/hr
5+ Years PCA Experience: $27.00-$29.00/hr
