Owner Relations Liaison (Personal Services)
Duties & Responsibilities
Communicate with property owners daily through phone, text, email and in-person meetings.Provide clear and effective communication to understand owners needs, preferences, and feedback.Monitor and evaluate units, communicate issues to owners, and assist in resolutions, vendor estimates, and order items as needed.Build and maintain rapport with property owners.Resource knowledge from other team members to competently communicate with owners regarding revenue and booking trends; common maintenance issues and solutions; guest preferences and trends; and business development trends.Manage all facets of new owner and new property on-boarding.Responsible for maintaining short-term rental licenses.Awareness of charges on owner statements, ongoing work orders, and units basic needsComplete routine inspections of all properties.Seamless teamwork with operational liaison to relay property-specific information, schedule vendors (as needed) and maintain specific requests of owners.
