As a Senior Director of Sales, you will spearhead the success of multiple districts, guiding them to achieve and surpass sales targets. You will lead District Sales Managers and their teams, providing strategic direction, performance coaching, and ensuring revenue growth across all operations. Your leadership will be pivotal in fostering a high-performance culture and driving sustainable growth.
As a field leader, you will drive innovation at the highest level, collaborating with executive leadership, marketing, and product teams to shape and execute transformative strategies that expand market share and deliver breakthrough solutions to healthcare providers and patients. Your role will be essential in forging strong relationships with stakeholders and industry decision-makers, identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, and positioning our cutting-edge products as the premier choice in diabetes care.

The total base salary and target incentive compensation for this position is $275,000 - $325,000 annually (based on the achievement of goals). Base pay will vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Insulet offers a comprehensive benefits package, generous paid time-off, and career growth opportunities.
