Manufacturing Analyst (Food Services)
Ensure process integrity within Cost/Inventory and work with team members to resolve process issues
Analyze and review bills of material to ensure accurate product costing
Analyze and report production costs at standard and actual. Provide explanations as products move through the process
Understand and analyze manufacturing KPIs
Verify postings from internal ERP match posting into co-man ERP
Review intercompany shipments, receipts and billings to ensure accuracy between locations.
Assist as needed in annual physical inventory counts.
Prepare ad hoc financial analyses, reports and special projects as assigned
Bring suggestions for improvements to existing processes and development of new tools for reports and activities performed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
2+ years professional experience in a Manufacturing environment.
Intermediate to expert level Excel skills - should be proficient with troubleshooting and creating complex formulas as well as spreadsheets.
Must be able to collaborate and build positive relationships with teams within the Finance department and outside Finance to effectively make recommendations and implement process improvements
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
High level of analytical thinking and attention to detail.
Must have ability to work independently as well as cross functionally.
Hours, Location and Pay:
We offer a competitive base pay rate and comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees. This role works standard business hours on a Monday-Friday schedule at our Little Chute, WI manufacturing facility.
Physical and Mental Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, hear, use hands to type data, use a personal computer and telephone. This employee may occasionally have to operate business machines and lift and/move up to 50 pounds.

Mental demands include multi-tasking, decision making, problem solving, comparing, copying, computing, compiling, analyzing, coordinating, and synthesizing data.
