Utility & Washer Operator - 3rd Shift (Finance)
MacLean-Fogg is seeking a Utility Operator to operate our washer machines. The successful candidate will join our production workforce that is aimed at producing high quality fasteners and metal components. The position will focus on operating the machine, using measuring components, and ensuring items produces will pass quality control requirements.
Key responsibilities:
-Operate assigned mechanical equipment as directed.
-Ensure that items produced pass quality control requirements.
-Perform basic troubleshooting of equipment and perform adjustments.
-Read, interpret, and adhere to work instructions.
-Complete all necessary documents fully and accurately.
-Follow all Safety, Environmental and Quality policies and procedures.
-Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
-Perform work under general supervision
-` year of manufacturing experience is preferred
-Ability to Operate a forklift is preferred
-Handle moderately complex issues and problems and refer more complex issues to higher level staff
